The terms of using TrendzBooks

You must give correct business details and keep your password safe. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.

People you invite get access to that company's books with the role you choose. Roles help you organise work; you remain responsible for who you invite.

You own the bills, customers, items and other records you enter. We store and process them so the software can work for you, and you can export them at any time.

Please keep your own backups of anything you must retain for tax purposes.

Use TrendzBooks only for lawful business. Do not use it to issue false invoices, misuse someone else's GST number, send unsolicited messages, or attempt to break into other companies' books.

We may suspend an account that is used in these ways.

TrendzBooks helps you calculate and record GST, but the figures you file remain your responsibility. We are not your accountant or tax advisor.

Government numbers such as an IRN, signed QR or e-way bill number are shown only when a connected provider actually returns them. Anything marked SAMPLE or "Not connected" has not been filed anywhere.

Features such as WhatsApp messaging, e-invoicing, bank feeds and online payments depend on outside providers. They work only after you set them up, and their own terms, approvals and charges apply.

We cannot promise a provider will accept, deliver or approve any particular request.

Plan prices are shown on the Pricing page. Nothing is charged to you without your clear consent, and a free trial does not automatically become a paid plan.

Taxes apply as per Indian law. Paid amounts for a period already used are not refundable.

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business.

Where responsibility cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the problem.

You may stop using TrendzBooks at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end access if these terms are broken or charges stay unpaid.

These terms follow Indian law, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. Read our Privacy Policy as well — it forms part of these terms.
