Your business information, and what we do with it

Your account: name, email address and the password you set (stored only in an encrypted form we cannot read).

Your books: the business details, customers, suppliers, items, bills, payments, staff records and files you enter or upload while using TrendzBooks.

Technical records: basic logs such as date, time and error details, used to keep the service working.

To show you your own books, make your bills, keep your balances and stock correct, and let the people you invite work in the same company.

To support you when something goes wrong, and to keep the service secure and available.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your customer lists for advertising.

Only you and the people you invite to your company. Each company's books are stored separately and access is checked on our servers, not in your browser.

Our staff access your data only when you ask us to look into a problem, or when the law requires it.

We use trusted providers for hosting, database storage and email. When you choose to connect an outside service — for example WhatsApp messaging, a GST provider for e-invoices, or a payment provider — only the information needed for that action is sent to them, and their own privacy terms then also apply.

Anything shown as "Not connected" in your workspace sends nothing anywhere.

Logos, employee photos and scanned supplier bills are stored with the record you attached them to. An employee verification card you publish is readable by anyone holding that card's link, because that is the point of the printed QR code. Delete or re-publish the card to stop it.

For as long as your account is active. Indian tax records usually need to be kept for several years, so we recommend exporting a backup before you delete anything.

Write to us and we will delete your account and its books, except where the law requires us to keep them.

You can view, correct and export your data at any time from inside TrendzBooks.

You can ask us for a copy, a correction or a deletion by writing to contact@trendzbee.com.

TrendzBooks is meant for businesses, not for children under 18.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, for important changes, tell you inside the app.
